A complete initial female infertility workup and infectious disease screen, followed by the procedures of sonohysterogram, pap test and vaginal and cervical swabs for infections, and a hysterosalpingogram (tube test) for tubal patency. |

Ovarian Reserve Testing. |

Cycle monitoring with ultrasound and hormone tests to detect ovulation. |

Ovulation induction treatment for patients who need it. |

Sperm wash and intrauterine insemination at the appropriate time for patients who need it. |

Therapeutic donor insemination in cases who require this. |
| 8. |
IVF, ICSI, IVF with TESA and ICSI, PGD, assisted hatching, blastocyst, donor egg IVF, surrogacy, embryo or egg freezing, sperm freezing and storage. All these are provided in association with CReATe IVF Centre. |

Urology (patient is referred to Mt. Sinai Hospital whenever needed). |
