Daily Ultrasound
and Blood Tests:
Monday - Sunday from (i) 7.30 am to 8.30 am for Routine Cycle Monitoring Patients and (ii) from 8.30 am to 9.30 am for Full Bladder (Day 3) Patients.
N.B.: If there is any change in this schedule, patients will be notified in advance.
Holiday hours vary. Please check for postings or call for time.
- When you arrive, please sign your name on the ultrasound clipboard list and/or blood list (depending on what you require, if you are not sure ask the receptionist or technician).
If you are having a pregnancy blood test only, sign the pregnancy blood list only.
- If you are having a sperm wash insemination, put SW beside your name.
NOTE: If you are using a donor sperm sample, speak to a staff member when you arrive.
- You will be called in turn by the Blood lab technician, the Ultrasound technician, and the Doctor (as required).
- After you are seen by the doctor, you will be told when to return next.
- If you need to purchase medications, please DO NOT submit receipts to your insurance company unless you find out the terms of your drug plan and discuss it with your doctor first.
You will be told either the morning before, or called the afternoon before, when a semen sample is required for artificial insemination the next day. Do not bring a semen sample, unless you are told to do so.
ALL semen samples should be produced in the clinic or brought to the clinic (as soon as possible, but no longer than 1/2 hour, from the production) during the hours:
Monday - Sunday between 7:30 am to 9:00 am ONLY
Holidays (check hours) or as told.
